FSSAI અનુપાલન — રસોયો કેટરર ધોરણો

દરેક રસોયો કેટરર પાસે સક્રિય FSSAI લાઇસન્સ છે. દર 6 મહિને પુનઃ-ચકાસાયેલ. ખાદ્ય સલામતી સુપરવાઈઝર ફરજિયાત.

Our FSSAI commitment

Every caterer listed on Rasoyo must hold an active FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) licence appropriate to their turnover tier. This is verified at onboarding and re-verified every six months.

What we verify

  • Active State FSSAI licence (turnover below ₹20 Cr) or Central FSSAI licence (turnover above)
  • Trained Food Safety Supervisor on premises (mandatory per FSSAI regulation)
  • Kitchen premises hygiene audit
  • Water quality testing certificate (if water is a cooking input)
  • Pest control records
  • Cold-chain compliance for perishable storage and transport
  • Ingredient source documentation for premium tier caterers

Audit cycle

Quarterly audits for premium-tier caterers, semi-annual for classic tier. Surprise audits during wedding season. Below-standard caterers are flagged and eventually delisted.

Reporting

Suspected FSSAI violations can be reported to safety@rasoyo.com. All reports are investigated within 48 hours.
