Every caterer listed on Rasoyo must hold an active FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) licence appropriate to their turnover tier. This is verified at onboarding and re-verified every six months.
Quarterly audits for premium-tier caterers, semi-annual for classic tier. Surprise audits during wedding season. Below-standard caterers are flagged and eventually delisted.
Suspected FSSAI violations can be reported to safety@rasoyo.com. All reports are investigated within 48 hours.
